Shipping: We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 regardless of size of package. All packages will be shipped 3 to 10 business days after payment clears. Business days are Monday – Friday and DO NOT include weekends. Business days also do not include any holidays should they fall on a weekday as the mail doesn’t run these days. WE ARE NOT responsible for the state of the package once it has left my possession and is in the hands of the package carriers, we package our items to protect them but sometimes it is not enough. All packages are shipped with insurance and tracking. Simply put we can’t control the actions of the carriers with the package, we wish we could but it isn’t possible.
Refunds/Exchanges: We only issue refunds on product returned in its original condition 14 days from the delivered date. Contact us with any issues via the contact us page as soon as possible. These are handmade one of a kind product and I want you to love your item as much as I did creating it. We will gladly exchange a defective product within the first 30 days after delivery date. We will not refund or exchange a product for normal “wear and tear” associated with use of the item. You are purchasing a beautiful handmade item that took a long time to create, treat it as you would a luxury item. Simply put don’t use this gorgeous item to haul bricks or bowling balls!
Custom orders : Custom orders can take up to 6 MONTHS to complete. Depending on the nature of the item and the materials chosen it can take up to 6 months to get custom fabrics and have an item completed and shipped. Typically this isn’t the case but some pre-order fabrics can take 4 months before I ever receive the fabric in hand. Once I have started to construct the item no changes can be made. We will work through the entire process of choosing a pattern, material, and hardware together so you have total control of the details and are getting that bag of your dreams. Sometimes just getting the details down is the hardest part so we will make sure we have everything set in stone before I start collecting materials and the deposit is made.
CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENTS: There is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due on a custom order once all details of the order are set and we have agreed on everything. The deposit will depend on the final price of the finished product. The deposit will not be more than 50% of the final price but not less than 30% of the final price. The deposit due will depend on the initial upfront cost of the materials that needs to be ordered. EXAMPLE: If I already have all the materials on hand the deposit will be 30% of final cost. If I have to order ALL of the materials because I don’t have any of it in stock (ex. custom fabric choices) the deposit will be 50% of final cost. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and is to cover the materials and the time sourcing materials and patterns. SHOULD YOU BACK OUT OF A CUSTOM ORDER AFTER THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED AND DEPOSIT IS PAID IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IT IS NOW FORFEIT. Final payment is due in full before the item will ship. Once the payment has cleared the item will be shipped.
